Ever noticed how the characters you grew up with never really leave you? They stay tucked somewhere between memory and feeling : familiar, comforting, and a little magical.
In this workshop, you’ll be painting TWO of your favourite childhood characters and turn them into fridge magnets: not just as fun objects, but as tiny artworks that bring a piece of your childhood into your everyday space.
You can also join in as a pair, which means double the fun !! Each of you will paint two characters, creating your own little set of nostalgic magnets together.
This workshop is part of Impressions, a buzzing Art event where six artists are coming together to share their art, processes, and stories ; so expect inspiration floating all around you while you draw!
Bring a bit of nostalgia, and let’s turn it into something you’ll see, smile at, and keep close.
With the energy of an art event around you, this workshop is less about perfection and more about joy, memory, and creating something that feels like you.
