No experience is necessary. Materials and refreshments will be provided.

Here is a description of the painting you will create:

The swirls in the sky, the highlights on the water and all the little boats represent our mental health; the ups and downs, the bright spots and the subdued colours; all the good and all the bad.... and they're both okay because we are still a lovely picture!

There is very limited parking available in the parking lot so come early in order to find street parking in the area. You must enter from the back of the church, not into the church.

This is the second of 9 workshops in the We All Have A Story creative workshop series as produced by High Notes Avante.

The series is intended to help create meaningful connections with others in the community who may have been affected by mental health challenges, whether themselves or a loved one. Come to one, come to all. Enjoy exploring your creativity while meeting old and new friends.
