Get ready to unleash your inner Picasso (or at least your inner kindergartener) and paint a beautiful masterpiece with step-by-step guided instruction by the talented Danyella RaeJean Thrall and Geneva! They have graciously agreed to donate their time for our event and we couldn’t be more excited. They are both accomplished artists and they have selected the stunning Horse Silhouette in Sunset for the event, as they believe it will be fairly easy, even for beginner artists. Join us for an afternoon of painting, sipping, and creating art on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM, just in time to impress mom on Mother's Day! The event will be held at the fabulous Potentialist Workshop, Reno's largest immersive art experience, located at 836 East Second Street, Reno, NV 89502. A HUGE thank you to Potentialist Workshop for donating the space and the instructors; our horses need all the love they can get! For just $50, you'll have everything you need - 11x14 stretched and mounted canvas, paints, paint trays, brushes, easels, disposable aprons, and you'll leave with your artistic masterpiece. To ensure we will have enough supplies on hand, prepayment is required, via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo and please put “paint and sip” in the memo line (payment info below). Please text Melissa at 775-224-1735 with your payment screenshot. Beer, wine, soft drinks, and canned cocktails will be available for purchase at the bar. We aren’t allowed to bring our own alcohol.
