$Paint & Flow! (Collaboration with Tina Fraley\/Power House Studios!)$

Join us in this immersive, mindful, holistic wellness session, hopefully the first of many! We will be integrating creativity while promoting mind/body wellness during this unique experience. The painting portion will be guided by Sarah Rudy of Painting with a Purpose, with all materials and instruction provided. While Tina Fraley of Power House Studios & Solara Nexus Wellness & Healing Center will be leading the class in meditative yoga sessions throughout, to promote general wellness and keep everyone’s creative channels flowing. We hope to see you there! Registration is $40 and guests will be supplied with everything needed to complete this workshop in their registration fee. There will also be light refreshments!
