Join us at the lovely Rainow Institute for a fun and social Friday evening 🎨🍷🥳Get together with neighbours, friends and folks you’ve yet to meet from Macclesfield and nearby villages, try something new, unlock your creative side, and share a drink or two.
There’s no need to have any arts experience or skills and we include a drink in the ticket price of £30 (wine, beer, a lovely non-alc cocktail or soft drink).
By hosting these social gatherings we celebrate everything we love about our little, local villages… the people, community spirit, creatives and makers, and our lovely village hall.
Come on your own, with a partner, family member, friend or neighbour. Blokes, this is for you too!
🎨🍄 Paint & Plonk
Friday 8 November
6.30pm - 8pm
Local artist Michelle will introduce us to painting and support us with something we can all have a go at. The evening isn’t about creating a masterpiece, but about having a go at something new, and having fun along the way whilst having a delicious drink or two (one included with each ticket plus everything you'll need for the painting).
Tom "the plonker" will be our friendly bar hand and ensure we drink top-notch beer, wine or non-alcoholic cocktails. Rach will host as she does, ensuring everybody feels part of our evening and has what they need to have a good time... She will also be a great example that you don’t need to be any good at painting to take part!
