Over time we become stuck in unconscious habitual movement patterns held in our brain and nervous system. These patterns cannot be changed through passive stretching or words. Through gently sending new and novel sensory input through movement, we begin to re-wire these patterns of stress and tension and restore healthy function.
In this workshop you will learn valuable tools to use whenever you experience painful back and hip muscles. This workshop is an opportunity to empower yourself to learn, experience, and explore greater FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT & WELL BEING as you age.
