Pain Education Session

Welcome to our Pain Education Session!

Our two-hour online Pain Education Session can help anyone who has had pain for 12 weeks of more, their family, even employers. This session will give you a better understanding of your pain to help you manage it more effectively in the long term. Topics covered are:

What is pain?
Managing activity
Managing stress
Sleep
Managing Flare Ups.

*This session is open to the people of Edinburgh aged 18+ (16-17yr olds can attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian
