This class will teach rubber-hits-the-road techniques to realtors on how to sell property in probate and guardianship quickly, with as little work as possible.
Learn How To sell real estate quickly with low hassles, and have no interloper take half of their commissions in probates. This class teaches you how to accomplish all in PROBATE.
Kirk has been practicing Probate, Guardianship, POA, and FIRPTA Law for 25 years and Tax Planning and Preparation for 31 years in Las Vegas.
This course is a culmination of decades of working with Realtors through countless transactions and seeing the inefficiencies in Probate Real Estate Transactions.
Kirk recognizes how frustrating Realtors get working with inefficient and inexperienced attorneys. This course will teach Realtors how to better select Probate Attorneys and move the real estate sales quickly through the Probate process.
