Day 1 - The Origins of Ritual Theatre - Opaline Santos
Day 2 - Queer Homecoming & Ritual Theatre
“Pagbubuo,” meaning “becoming whole” in Tagalog is a journey of ritual theatre, relationship-building and collective visioning, culminating in a convergence and ritual theatre presentation on April 4-5, 2026 where we collectively explore how transnational and ritual theatre can cultivate resilient and regenerative ecologies.
The weekend of performances, artists talks, circles, land connection, and community-building includes food, snacks and accommodation for an intimate gathering of creators across disciplines and sectors.
This event aims to support participants to remember our wholeness through performances, storytelling, community connection and wisdom-sharing, all while retreating in the beauty of the Sierra Madre, “the spine of Luzon”.
Our aim is to nurture a transformative weekend of regenerative care, deep listening, and embodied, tactile connection to one another and the land.
