About this Event
On Saturday the 25th, we're turning the space Mediterranean. Berkeley native Chef Eric Aragon, who spent over a decade cooking in Spain, will be making paella just behind the shop, with tables set up inside and out.
Eric will be cooking a paella mixta in a massive pan: the best of land and sea — chorizo and chicken alongside whatever seafood looked best that morning — clams, mussels, shrimp, and the like — all of it deepened by saffron and good stock.
To pair with the paella, we'll be pouring a lineup of dynamic and fun Spanish wines of all shades. Your ticket also includes a full portion of paella and a splash of sherry.
