There is a really simple reason this is PADI's most popular course - As divers we all want to dive for longer - Breathing enriched air helps us to do this. Spend more time at your chosen depth, than you can on air alone. Have shorter surface intervals on repetitive dives - Get back in the water sooner!
Anyone from the age of 12 upwards can enrol in this course, and due to recent changes we can now teach this great course as part of the PADI Open Water course.
