THIS IS A REC TOURNAMENT, PLEASE NO COMP PLAYERS TRYING TO DRINK FOR FREE ALL NIGHT.
Pool play rules: If you are to lose a pool play game, spin the drink wheel at the bar to see what is owed to other team.
Each spin is good for 4 drinks. All 4 drinks must be consumed by winning TEAM (not specific to each player) so yes, if you want to be a super hero and take more than 1 to save a teammate, it’s allowed.
There will be a shot special during this tournament, most likely $16 for 4 shots but this is subject to change.
Read it in the rules and don’t argue.
Tourney rules: Same shot wheel rules apply from pool play.
Check-in at 5:30pm, balls up at 6:00pmam.
$25 per player, $100 per team. Venmo @Malo9 or cash.
Pool play games to 21 straight.
Minimum 4 pool play games (if requisite number of teams are met).
Single elimination tourney (upper/lower with 20 teams or greater).
Tournament format will vary based on time constraints.
Win/loss and point differential determines seed, weighted to win/loss record first.
Rules:
• Directional blocking is allowed.
• Blocks do not count as a touch.
• Open hand receiving is allowed.
• No setting over the net.
• No lifting, carrying, or open-hand tips.
• No foot faults.
• No touching the net.
• Players can cross into the other team's space if it doesn’t impede play.
