We are packing our paddles, loading our vessels and setting sail to enjoy a day on the Blackwater River. Pack a cooler with snacks water and something for lunch and we will find a spot to break bread with one another. All kayaks, sups, and canoes are welcome to attend. This is gonna be a blast and one event you won't want to miss out on. By participating in the event you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand and accept that Pensacola Jeeps, including their members, organizers, affiliates, and sponsors, are not responsible or liable for any of my actions during the event. I assume full responsibility for myself, my passengers, my vehicle, and any and all transactions I engage in during the course of this event.
I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. I hereby release and hold harmless Pensacola Jeeps and their representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
I agree to obey all traffic laws, all land use laws, or park rules. I will only park in designated locations and respect all locations visited in the course of this event.
By attending and/or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the waiver.
