This class combines dynamic, flowing yoga sequences with low-impact, high-intesity workouts for building flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and overall fitness. This is Christine's 8th year teaching this class and she gets more creative every year. Class is taught on premier, GLIDE Fit boards, is 60 minutes in length and open to all levels of practitioners. This class will leave you feeling renewed and empowered.
***Membership to the pool is NOT required.

* Ability to swim unassisted
