Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet, and don’t forget your sunscreen, sunglasses and a water bottle. This is a recreational program with upstream paddling. It is not an instructional paddling program, and previous kayaking experience is required. All equipment is provided, including personal floatation devices.
The natural surface launch area is accessible by a paved trail from the parking lot. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
