Developing an understanding of the factors which affect your paddling; developing your decision making and practical skills, giving you confidence on the water.
Course covers;
basic boat handling skills, some safety and rescue skills and is to make sure you are comfortable on the water. You may be awarded a PaddleUK Discover and Paddle Safer certificate after the 3 weeks course has been completed, depending on your progress.
