This session is going to be different, if you've been to pacworq before then you would know how we get down. This upcoming pacworq session is going to the best one yet!

Get ready for an exceptional circuit session incorporating HIIT and compound exercises. Our experienced and qualified runnpac team has developed a session for all fitness abilities to enjoy together. Whether you’re a high performer or just starting your fitness journey the runnpac team has you covered.

The event will take place at the high end and impressive UN1T gym. 2 Viaduct Gardens #Business Unit 01, London, SW11 7BG. Perfectly located in the middle of London, access via London Underground (Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station) within 10 minutes walking distance. Parking is also available at a nearby car park with two and a half hours free parking ;) If you require parking details please message us.
