Part of The Rodgers Family Meditation Program
Smoking is one of the hardest habits to break, but the Graf Center for Integrative Medicine has tools to help you reach your goals. Our group smoking cessation program will teach you strategies to commit to quitting smoking over the course of four weeks.
Plus, experience the benefits of auricular (ear) acupuncture, another safe and effective tool that can help reduce nicotine cravings by stimulating brain receptors. Acupuncture sessions are held in a group setting and led by our certified acupuncturists.

Fee: $20 (for 4-week series) by April 21, 2026 or $25 after. No refunds.

Additional acupuncture treatments are available by appointment.
The Graf Center accepts most insurance plans for acupuncture and will gladly verify your benefits. If insurance does not cover your session, out-of-pocket rates are available.
