CLTs are an amazing alternative to family foundations and DAFs. Join us to learn how to bring this strategic giving vehicle to your clients!
About this Event

Join fellow advisors (attorneys, tax professionals, financial advisors) at this informative seminar on Grantor CLTs - the amazing alternative to family foundations and DAFs that no one is talking about. Nationally recognized philanthropic expert Lani Starkey of Fifty Rock Consulting is returning to Seattle to share how he has closed over 100 grantor CLTs through a proven formula, bringing value to donors and the causes they care about. CLTs are a great avenue for many of your clients - not just the top 1%. And yet, a confusing and even counterproductive information landscape can put CLTs on the backburner as a strategy, when in fact they can offer enormous advantages.

After this eye-opening deep-dive, any advisor - new or veteran - will be able to start (or restart) bringing this giving vehicle to clients with confidence and ease.

CE credits are available for this workshop. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. We encourage you to arrive early to network with colleagues before the seminar.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover why most CLT marketing is done to the wrong prospects
  • See how inaccurate tax assumptions are holding back CLT closings
  • Learn how extremely easy it can be to close CLTs
  • Hear how you can make CLT proposals to 99% of your client portfolio
