L'inspiration de toute une génération, et la raison pour laquelle beaucoup de nos profs ont commencé à danser, Veron est le créateur d'un style et d'une technique qui lui a valu le respect des danseurs de tango du monde entier.
Héritier de la tradition des grands maîtres argentins et innovateur d'une force créatrice inégalée, son tango est un véritable lien entre l'ancienne et la nouvelle génération. Gracieux et précis, avec un style incroyablement fluide mais dynamique en même temps, il est reconnu pour être en parti respsonsable de la renaissance et de la popularité de cette danse. Il est considéré par beaucoup de ses pairs comme étant l'un des meilleurs danseurs de tango de tous les temps.
Professeur généreux, il inspire les danseurs de tous niveaux à travers ses workshops, ateliers et performances. Pablo adore Montréal et notre communauté ici et a enseigné de nombreux ateliers au Studio Tango Montréal depuis notre ouverture en 1997.
Sa dernière venue à Montréal remonte au festival Bailongo en 2018. Ses ateliers prévus pour mars 2020, que nous attendions avec impatience, ont été annulés en raison de la pandémie ; nous sommes donc très heureux de pouvoir l’accueillir ce mois de décembre!

Pablo Veron, the dancer’s dancer—the star of the film The Tango Lesson, the Broadway show Tango Argentino, and countless other productions—will be back in Montreal to give workshops at Studio Tango.

Pablo Veron, the inspiration for an entire generation of tango dancers and the reason many of our teachers began dancing, is the creator of a unique style that has earned him the respect of tango dancers worldwide. Heir to the tradition of the great Argentine masters and an innovator with unmatched creative energy, Pablo’s dancing forms a true bridge between the old and new generations. Graceful and precise, with an incredibly fluid yet dynamic style, he is widely recognized as pivotal in the modern revival of tango and is considered by many of his peers to be one of the greatest talents in the history of the dance.
Passionate about sharing his expertise, Pablo travels the world teaching tango and has taught numerous workshops at Studio Tango Montréal since our opening in 1997. He last visit to Montreal was for the Bailongo Festival in 2018. His workshops planned for March 2020 were, cancelled because of the pandemic - so we are especially happy that he’ll be with us this December!
