Nikki Nair has risen to become one of the most exciting voices in dance music, releasing a string of bass-heavy, breakbeat-driven techno tracks since 2018. His music defies expectations and is constantly surprising.
Through impressive sound design, experimental use of tempo, and influences drawn from across the musical spectrum, he keeps listeners on their toes — bathing you in gently off-kilter sonics one moment and dragging you through wild bass whirlwinds the next. 140+ BPM energy, razor-sharp sound design, and a groove that locks you to the dancefloor from the very first bar.
His recent EP Violence Is The Answer (Future Classic) features yunè pinku, Uffie, Blaketheman1000, and Harmony. The record is packed with his signature sound: risks, experimentation, and pure dancefloor euphoria.
He is also known for “Set The Roof” (with Hudson Mohawke and Tayla Parx), which landed on Pitchfork and Resident Advisor’s year-end lists, and has shared the stage with artists such as Four Tet.
