City & State Pennsylvania’s annual Procurement & Diversity Summit is a
half-day conference that connects public-sector leaders, industry executives, and academics to strengthen partnerships among governments, prime contractors, and small diverse businesses—while offering insights into succeeding in Pennsylvania’s competitive procurement landscape.

All attendees will be required to provide government-issued photo ID upon entry. Walk-in registrants will be charged an additional fee and will be required to provide credit card payment on-site.
**NEW Refund Policy:***
Full refunds, minus a $20 administrative fee, are available for cancellations made 15 days or more before the event.* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) of the event date.
Refunds are not eligible for registrants who do not attend the event (“no show”) and do not provide a written cancellation in advance of the event date.
If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will offered for the entire purchase.
Eventbrite fees or any fees associated with a third party registration system, may not be available for a refund.
