Welcome to the P.31 Faith Fitness Social happening at
690 E 19th St on December 6 2025, at 7:30 AM (Mountain Standard Time).
Join us for a morning of faith, fitness, and community! Get ready to sweat it out with fellow faith-minded individuals as we strengthen our minds, bodies, and souls.
This event is all about community, positivity, and growth through the word and fitness. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others!
The teaching will be led by @karelygomezz, followed by a glute-focused workout led by @itscoachkarla. We'll conclude with a social hour with @cafecitosol_az for coffee, and more exciting collaborations will take place as well!
The General Admission includes your workout mat, wellness shots provided by Power Press, and a goodie bag filled with goodies for you to try and featuring some brands and local businesses.
