Annually we hold our P1 Father-Son Orientation Camp in the school. This overnight camp is meant for new P1 boy to get familiar with their new environment while undertaking bonding activities with their father.

Event Participation Agreement and Indemnity
Introduction:
By purchasing a ticket for the P1 Father-Son Orientation Camp (the "Event") that has been organised by the St. Andrew’s Parent-Teacher Association (“SAPTA”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your participation in the Event is subject to your acceptance of these terms.
1. Assumption of Risks:
You acknowledge and understand that participation in the Event carries inherent risks and dangers. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and any other risks associated with attending a public event.
2. Release and Waiver:
In consideration for being granted admission to the Event, you hereby release and forever discharge SAPTA, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and any associated entities from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising from or in connection with your participation in the Event.
3. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAPTA, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your participation in the Event, your violation of any rules or policies, or any harm caused to other attendees or third parties.
4. Consent for Medical Treatment:
In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the Event, you authorize SAPTA to seek and obtain medical treatment as deemed necessary for your well-being and agree to be responsible for any associated medical
5. Governing Law:
This Event Participation Agreement and Indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
6. Data Protection and Privacy:
You acknowledge that SAPTA may collect and process personal data as defined under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the purposes of event administration, communication, and compliance with relevant legal obligations. By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in SAPTA's Privacy Policy, which is accessible on SAPTA's website.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of your consent for the use of your personal data. By purchasing a ticket for the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Event Participation Agreement and Indemnity and agree to its terms and conditions. You voluntarily accept the risks associated with the Event and waive your right to pursue legal action against SAPTA for any claims arising from your participation. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the PDPA and SAPTA's Privacy Policy. This Event Participation Agreement and Indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
Photography and Image Use:
During our events, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes. By attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. Consent to Photography:
You consent to the capture of your image in photographs or videos at our events. We may use these images for marketing, promotional materials, and event documentation.
b. Use of Images:
We will use these images in a manner consistent with the purposes mentioned above, and they may be published on our website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials.
c. Withdrawal of Consent:
If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your image, please contact us at [email protected]. While we will respect your request, please understand that we may have already used your image in materials distributed before your request.
d. Images of Minors:
For individuals under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent for the capture and use of their images is implicit given that the parent/guardian has allowed the minor to attend the event.
