We are excited to invite you to our annual Community Open Day on October 26th, 2024! This day will be filled with fascinating talks from experts on Takahē, Kiwi, Whio, Pāteke, Longfin Tuna, Kākā, and Bugs! We'll also have a variety of conservation and sustainability organisations, both local and national, sharing their incredible work. Learn about the amazing efforts being made to protect and preserve our natural world.

Ruud Kleinpaste, renowned entomologist and nature enthusiast, will be joining us. You might know him from his radio and TV shows, including 'Buggin' with Ruud.' We are thrilled to have Ruud back with us at Pūkaha, and he can't wait to share his passion for bugs with everyone!
