Fun, family-friendly and FREE - bring the whole whanau down to Queen Elizabeth Park for some spooky good times this Halloween. Prepare to be scared stiff in the Hospital of Horrors - Sponsored by Wai Techs. In the fully accessible Memorial Stadium - low scare time will be 4-5pm, with high scare time from 5-7pm.
The miniature train will be providing providing free rides on the island in the Lake of Remembrance, and food trucks on the green space will offer all the fuel you need for activities including face painting, pay activities, Halloween photo opportunities.
There’ll be roaming Halloween characters, and spot prizes for the best dressed.
The event won't be held on the park island this year due to the limited accessibility over the bridge.
