Sunnudaginn 2. febrúar klukkan 14:30 halda ungir og efnilegir píanóleikarar frá Tónlistarháskóla Noregs (NMH) og Listaháskóla Íslands tónleika í Hörpuhorni í Hörpu.Nemendur píanóleikarans Christopher Parks frá NMH flytja lífleg verk sem endurspegla fjölbreytni bekkjarins, sem samanstendur af nemendum frá sex löndum. Á tónleikunum verða áheyrendur leiddir í gegnum fjölbreyttan tónheim með verkum eftir allt frá Beethoven og Brahms til Janáček og Jórunni Viðar.
Hópurinn hefur áður farið í tónleikaferðir um Noreg, Svíþjóð og Ítalíu en heimsækir nú Ísland sem hluti af samstarfsverkefni við Listaháskóla Íslands. Hópurinn mun halda fjölda tónleika og masterklassa í Reykjavík og Reykjanesbæ.

On Sunday afternoon, young up-and-coming pianists from The Norwegian Academy of Music (NMH) and Iceland University of the Arts invite you to a joint concert in Hörpuhorn in Harpa.
The students of renowned pianist Christopher Park from NMH bring you repertoire as varied and dynamic as the class itself. From Beethoven and Brahms to Janáček or Iceland’s own Jórunn Viðar, the thrilling programme will take audiences from epic compositions to intimate, contemplative pieces.
The group has previously toured in Norway, Sweden and Italy and is visiting Iceland as part of an international cooperation between the Icelandic and Norwegian academies. They will play concerts and hold masterclasses at several venues in Reykjavík and Reykjanesbær.
