Discover the ancient art of transforming raw honey from the hive into powerful and delicious oxymels and elixirs in this 2-hour hands-on, make & take workshop.
Oxymels—traditional remedies made with honey and vinegar—have been used for centuries to support digestion, immunity, and seasonal wellness. Elixirs blend raw honey with herbs and other ingredients to create nourishing, shelf-stable preparations that are both medicinal and enjoyable.
Join us for an immersive, beginner-friendly experience where you’ll learn the why, how, and when of using oxymels and elixirs—while creating your own to take home. This is a perfect opportunity to build your home apothecary and get a jump start on meaningful, handmade gifts for the upcoming season.

Make & Take
During class, you’ll create:
- One herbal oxymel
- One honey-based elixir
✨ Please bring two (2) ½-pint mason jars to take your creations home.
All other supplies and ingredients are provided for in-person participants.
