Oxmoor Farm is one of the oldest historic farms in the Louisville area. It was home to 5 generations of the Bullitt family and at one time the home of enslaved men, women, and children. Prior to that the land that is now known as Oxmoor Farm was inhabited by the Wabash, Osage, and Shawnee Indian tribes. Oxmoor is dedicated to preserving, maintaining and telling the full history of the property. All proceeds from the Evenings of Note concert series is used to preserve and maintain this historic site.
