This is a FREE event for pregnant and breastfeeding families offering: support from specifically-trained staff, opportunities for attendees to share experiences, make friends, and have open-forum discussions.This is a safe place for breastfeeding parents and expecting parents to explore breastfeeding topics, discover local resources, and find community support in Lafayette, Oxford, University of Mississippi, and surrounding areas. Parents will have access to full bathrooms, diaper changing stations, private feeding/pumping spaces, and kitchen during meeting times. Light snacks and drinks available
Hosted by IBCLC (lactation consultant), and supported by WIC breastfeeding counselors, and the Mississippi Breastfeeding Coalition. This group is open to all parents and care givers.
