In honor of International Women's Day, The LifeHikes Foundation is offering a free Own Your Power training to empower and up-level your skills as a female leader.

About The Training:

Women, have you ever stayed quiet in a meeting, shied away from asking for a raise, or felt like your ideas weren’t being heard equally? We’ll share actionable strategies to shift your mindset, let go of self-doubt, and realize your full potential. Through a series of engaging activities in this session created exclusively for women, you’ll be empowered to speak with strength, lead with confidence, and own your accomplishments in an assertive yet approachable way.

Learning Outcomes:

Harness your authentic communication style to increase your leadership presence and impact
Identify & eliminate weak words and phrases from your vocabulary to come across as more confident and strengthen your message
Foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture by taking credit for your accomplishments and highlighting other women’s ideas and contributions

What Makes Our Virtual Training Different:

Our virtual trainings are live and highly interactive. You’ll always be answering a question, discussing with a partner in zoom breakout rooms, practicing individually or with a group, or giving and receiving feedback. Passive participation is not an option!
