Own Your Birth: A Two-Part Birth Planning Workshop
Join us for a free, two-part birth planning event designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and ready for your birth experience.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, creating a birth plan can help clarify your preferences, open up important conversations, and prepare you and your support team for what’s ahead. This workshop is open to all pregnant people and focuses on informed decision-making in a supportive, community-centered space.
