Hi ladies! We have exciting news for you! "Own the Mic" first event in Atlanta is scheduled on July 15, 2024 at Meeting Room B of Buckhead Library , 5:45 PM-7:45 PM.
"Own the Mic" is an event designed by the "Entrepreneurial Ladies" for women entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals.
The main idea of this event is to practice public speaking, and network, and get to know like-minded women.
Public speaking ranks among the top fears for many people, yet once you try it, you'll realize it's a powerful TOOL for enhancing CONFIDENCE and self-esteem.
We get together to LISTEN, learn, practice, train our COURAGE muscle, and EXPERIENCE the power of public speaking.
At 'Own the Mic,' we're not just about presentations; we're about real conversations. LISTEN to others sharing their journeys, and when it's your moment, feel free to SPEAK from the heart. It's a dynamic exchange, a chance to learn and share, fostering connections and boosting confidence.
Each of the attendees will get 5-7 minutes in the spotlight. You choose the title of your presentation. Here is a list of topics we encourage: business, entrepreneurship, marketing, management, hobby, art, travel, personal motivation and stories.
