Come gather with Atlantis Wolf and Cathy Warrier for an evening centered around a shamanic breathwork journey. We'll meet at the cozy Katydid Lodge in Frohring Meadows Metropark, just east of Chagrin Falls.

The following week you will receive two supports:
🦉30-min group coaching call with Atlantis to help unpack your breathwork journey
🦉30-min tarot reading with Cathy to help investigate and apply any insights received
You will be lying on the floor during the sound bath and breathwork.
A mat and blanket will be provided for all.
⭐Bring extra blanket, pillow, eyemask, or whatever you need to create a cozy nest.
⭐Bring a journal and water bottle to help bring your experience into your every day life.
