Presentation: The Open Business
A lot of people want to use open source technology wonder why businesses don't implement or don't accept open source programs.
Well, I feel this way too, so when I made my business, I tried to make it an open source business. See a summary of all the things that are possible, advantageous, or just not possible using open source tooling, even when run by a open-source advocating systems administrator.

The Keeper of the Tea Tavern, Flufferfish Robin has worked in infrastructure for over 5 years. Some of the time was spent at the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC) supporting the development of Arizona's cybersecurity infrastructure and subsequently supporting Rackspace's Databases as a Service (DBaaS) infrastructure (even as customer support). With plenty of non-profit support, conference attending, and personal server development in-between.
