🌙 About the Experience
This is an overnight sound immersion designed for deep rest, regulation, and subconscious recalibration.
From 9:00 PM until sunrise, you’ll be held inside a continuous soundscape created to support sleep, dreaming, and nervous-system balance. The evening begins with a guided sound journey to help you land in your body, slow the mind, and gently transition into rest. From there, sound continues throughout the night — subtle, immersive, and intentional.
You are invited to arrive, change into comfortable clothes or pajamas, settle into your sleeping space, and allow yourself to fully let go.
This is not about staying awake.
This is about allowing sound to work while you sleep.

• An opening sound journey to guide you into deep relaxation
• Continuous overnight sound textures and ambience

The sound will move through different emotional landscapes across the night — grounding, softening, releasing, and restoring — without ever becoming disruptive or overwhelming.
🛌 The Sleepover Element
This is a sleep-inclusive sound bath. You are encouraged to sleep.
Participants will be resting on shared floor setups or designated sleeping spaces. Please bring:
• Comfortable sleepwear or pajamas
• Eye mask (highly recommended)
• Blanket and pillow (or anything that helps you feel safe and cozy)

This experience is not for everyone — and that’s intentional.
By booking, you agree that:
• You are comfortable sleeping with gentle ambient, nature, or ASMR-style sounds
• You are okay with being gently woken if snoring becomes disruptive to the group
• You understand this is a shared overnight space focused on rest and quiet presence

These drinks are optional and available at your own rhythm — whether you feel called to sip before sleep, during the night, or as you ease into the morning.
