Discover how an integrated, systems-based approach unlocked major cost savings, significantly reducing the projected capital required to meet the compliance pathway, while achieving a 16.3% reduction in energy use. Combined with substantial incentives from WA Commerce and PSE, these energy savings delivered an ROI of nearly three years for the three-year project, which is currently in its final year. Attendees will gain insights into how utilities, contractors, and facility teams can collaborate to deliver measurable results in complex buildings.
