Join us for Overdose Awareness Day (ODAD), a powerful evening of remembrance, connection, and hope. Every August, Overdose Lifeline brings together families, friends, and advocates to honor those lost to overdose and recognize the efforts being made to prevent future deaths. This internationally recognized gathering provides space to grieve, support one another, and reflect on the impact of substance use disorder in our communities.Event Highlights:
- Candlelight vigil with live music
- Memorial photo display
- Remarks from community leaders and families
- ODAD Awards presentation
- Light meal and refreshments
Event Schedule:
- Check-in: 5:30 PM
- Welcome: 6:00 PM
- Refreshments: 6:30 PM
- Program & Awards: 6:45 PM
- Candlelight Vigil: 7:30 PM
Location: Indiana State Museum
Parking available in the White River State Park underground garage (Washington St entrance) and nearby surface lots.
This event is free and open to the public, but RSVP is required due to limited space.
