What is imposter syndrome and how does it impact our creativity?Imposter Syndrome is a common experience for creatives. It’s that persistent feeling of being a fraud that manifests as self-doubt, fear of failure, and the belief that others are more talented, even if they’ve achieved the same – or even less – in their creative endeavours. It can be crippling.
Writer and GP Dr Jo Skinner, combines her experiences as the author of two novels and her medical knowledge of the brain and how it functions, to craft a three-hour workshop for creatives that will help them understand, and then overcome Imposter Syndrome.
