About the organiser and facilitator
Debbie, is the Founder and Chief Design Officer of The PSDL Practice, a dedicated partner for public sector leaders seeking to navigate the complexities of today's world using design leadership principles. Debbie is a distinguished design leader with over 15 years of experience in the complex systems arena, where she has applied human-centered design methodologies to tackle a spectrum of public and social issues for the Singapore Public Service. She is a proponent of experiential learning, believing in the power of purposeful experiences to inspire others in the field of design.
She is currently teaching at the Civil Service College focusing on design leadership.
