About this EventIn response to the current worldwide situation calling for social isolation, International Association For Human Values (IAHV) is offering breathwork and meditation workshops online. You can join right from your home!In this 60-minute online session, you will get to know more about the power of our breath to release stress and rejuvanate. Now more than ever it’s important to learn these powerful breath and meditation techniques. In these times of social distancing, more and more of us are dealing with fatigue from spending hours online. It's caused our nervous system to be overactive and tense causing fear, panic, and a feeling of losing control, not to mention insomnia and other discomforts. To counterbalance this effect we can use breathing techniques. What you’ll discover in this session:
- A calming breathing technique to quiet and relax the mind preparing it for deep meditation
- A real experience of meditation to effortlessly cut the vicious cycle of thoughts, leaving your mind focused, clear & stress-free
- Secrets to managing your mind in times of global distress- and how you can use this time to slow down and become more centered
- The power of connecting to positive, like-minded people to feel uplifted and supported
- An introduction to the Sudarshan Kriya® breathing technique taught in the SKY Happiness Program, reseasrched and recommended by Yale University.
