Romania’s underground metal scene is gearing up for a stormy fall as OVERBURN and ANTPILE, two of the country’s most intense and uncompromising acts, join forces for a 10 date national tour starting this autumn. Fans can expect high-energy performances, crushing riffs, and unforgettable stage presence as both bands bring their signature sound to venues across the country.OVERBURN, celebrating the release of their debut album Taste of Reality, delivers a hard-hitting mix of metalcore, progressive, djent, and deathcore. With intricate compositions, emotionally charged lyrics, and a commanding vocal performance, the band promises a show that will resonate long after the last note.
ANTPILE, now featuring a new vocalist following their debut performance together at Praetorian Gates, bring raw energy and unrelenting heaviness to the stage. Known for their authentic hardcore sound and uncompromising attitude, ANTPILE are ready to push the intensity to the limit.
NIHIL is a Thrash Metal band formed in April 2023 in Câmpina, Romania, blending high-speed aggression with melodic intensity. With influences ranging from Metallica and Megadeth to Kreator and Machine Head, they've performed in multiple cities across Romania, including notable appearances at LaRock Festival in 2024 and 2025, when they won the second day of the band contest. The Nihil debut EP, “Declaration of Anger”, released on December 1st, 2024, has been well-received in the Romanian underground scene for its energy and originality. Nihil will join OverBurn and Antpile on their first national tour, ready to break the Encore stage in Bucharest.
