We’ll begin with a relaxed reception pour—perfect for mingling—before moving into a structured tasting that highlights. After the first flight of wines, we’ll pause for a short intermission, during which a selection of meats and cheeses will be served, offering a chance to refresh the palate, compare notes, and socialize.
This tasting showcases Australia’s signature strengths:
- Cool-climate and coastal Cabernets with balance and finesse
- Rich yet refined Shiraz styles, from savoury and spicy to plush and powerful
