Outrageous: Art & Writing Workshop with Jon & Mija

"If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention," they say. But what are we supposed to do with all that outrage? How do we pull it out of our bodies and process it in a way that does no harm to ourselves or others? Through art, of course. Join Mija and Jon as they guide the group through a process of creating intuitive collage and spoken word poetry to find the outrage stored in your body and expressively release it. All materials for collage will be provided. Bring your personal journal for writing exercises.
