OutLoud Sports 2nd Annual Sand Volleyball Tournament 4 v 4 Advanced and Recreational
Jan 13th-14th in Las Vegas.
Up to 14 teams (per division) will compete in a 2 day tournament. Games are 4 v 4 Sand Volleyball (outdoors).

Please note: This is a Queer+Allies ADVANCED TOURNAMENT DIVISION. We welcome players of all skill, gender, and sexuality, but the primary focus of this tournament is to represent the QUEER COMMUNITY in all capacities.

TOURNAMENT STYLE
Sin City is a seeded bracket tournament.
Day 1 - Teams will compete in 3 matches in a round robin rotation. Their tournament seeding will be determined by their final rank. Games are played in 1 hour time frames, best 2 out of 3, rally points to 21.
Day 2 - Single Elimination tournament.
All teams are guaranteed 4 games minimum in the tournament (4 hours of play)
Brackets will be determined by location and blind draw. As this is a national tournament, we want teams from around the country to be able to compete against other teams.

TEAM SIZES:
Roster MINIMUM to compete is 5 Players. Maximum is 7
5-7 players.

PLAYER COST:
$55 - starting Sept 1st
$60 - starting Nov 1st
$70 - after Dec 1st
Please Note: Dec 1st - all teams must have at least 5 Players on their team or they will be removed from the tournament without refund.

Registration includes: tournament wristbands, entrance to special events and parties, and discounts at Classic events.

REFUNDS
There are no refunds after a player registers. No exceptions. Please keep this in mind before registering.

DIVISION CLASSIFICATIONS:
Advanced Division: Teams that compete at a high level. These are teams that have won their local leagues multiple times, have players that are perceived as the best in their respected communities, have players that compete in national circuits or tournaments. Players that consider themselves exceptional. THIS IS AN ADVANCED OR EXPERIENCED DIVISION
Recreational Division: Teams that are competitive but have a balanced roster of talented and still learning players. These are teams that have won their rec-divisions, if existing, in their local leagues, compete well but end up in the middle of the pack, have a wide variety of talent but never have won in their local leagues Advanced Divisions, players that are competitive but still learning the game. While players of all skills are welcome to compete, it is encourage to have some rudimentary basic of skill to compete. You don't have to be a perfectionist at an overhand serve, but you should be able to get it over the net. THIS IS A RECREATIONAL DIVISION

Games will be played at Centennial Recreational Park. It is 16.9 miles from the host Hotel.

AFTER THE GAMES ARE DONE:
All Tournament Players get Wristbands to get them into exclusive parties, drink specials and tons of events!
Sunday Night Closing Party at Brooklyn Bowl.

COVID INFORMATION:
If the tournament is cancelled, due to Covid19 concerns, all players will be refunded their registration fees.
All players will be notified immediately, if there are any changes to the tournament.

HOST HOTEL:
Players of the OutLoud Sports Sin City Sand Volleyball Tournament are invited to stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. All players will be able to get our discounted hotel room block. Hotel will be providing special events and discounts for guests.
Hotel is conveniently located near all parties and events. Parking is also complimentary for all guests using our room block.
