Allied Group Fitness and Downtown Midland are coming together to offer you Zumba on Main Street at The Commons Pedestrian Plaza Stage! Join Zumba instructor, Katie Morey, for a 45-minute latin-dance party on the stage located at the intersection of McDonald Street & Main Street in Midland.This is a free event so everyone can join! Donation is not required but welcomed and appreciated.

In Zumba, we take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

• Bring H2O and wear athletic shoes and comfy clothes
• Class is held outside
• Class is held if weather permits
