Join us for an energising and grounding Vinyasa yoga class set in the stunning surroundings of Thornbridge Estate. This all-levels flow is designed to build flexibility and mindfulness through breath-led movement. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll be guided through a dynamic sequence with options to suit your pace and experience. Come as you are—leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and connected. This yoga practice will be led by Sara from Topaz Yoga, who you may have spotted teaching aerial, Vinyasa and Hatha at the Yoga Den in Buxton or at her Mam Tor Sunset classes!
Sara has seven years of teaching experience and is an advocate for Yoga being accessible for everybody, come rain or shine this practice is not one to miss, with garden entry and cafe discount also included in your ticket!
