Sunday Flow at Sonny’s ☀️
Hosted by lululemon Regency + lululemon Ambassador Luke Van Haute
Kick off opening weekend of the College World Series with a complimentary outdoor yoga flow at Sonny’s in Aksarben Village. Join lululemon Regency, lululemon Ambassador, Luke Van Haute, and Aksarben Run Club for a 45-minute all-levels yoga class designed to get you moving, grounded, and recharged for your summer. Luke Van Haute is a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and mindfulness coach who has been teaching yoga for over 5 years. His classes blend strength, movement, and mindfulness, drawing from both his background in exercise science and his current studies in integrative psychology.
