Don't know where to go? Meet us at the downtown side of Peace Bridge at 6:15 PM sharp.

Just drop in and pay in cash, or send an e-transfer.
🌼 What to bring
Please bring your yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
