Come join us for a free, community yoga session at San Pablo Park, where we’ll connect with nature, unwind, and move through a grounding, mindful yoga flow. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, this class is designed to help you release stress, stretch deeply, and cultivate inner peace.

👋 About Your Instructor:
I’m Sarah Braganza, a registered nurse at Children's Hospital and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher passionate about promoting holistic well-being. I believe in the power of yoga to heal, strengthen, and restore balance in both body and mind. This class is my way of sharing the benefits of yoga with the community.
